Masks
You must carry a mask with you at all times. Masks must be worn where physical distancing is not possible. We understand that some people have medical exemptions from wearing marks and will respect this.
First Aid
First Aid is located near Gate 1, behind the lawn deck area.
Onsite Assistance
Our team will be stationed at the site entry on Linlithgow Avenue, the Gate 1 Entry and at various posts inside the venue, including near the Tier E wheelchair accessible stalls tables. Please reach out to staff should you require assistance at any time. Staff can be identified via bright orange ACM-branded hi-vis vests.
Accessible Toilets
Accessible toilets are located behind the Tier E Stalls tiered seating and near Gate 1, behind the lawn deck area.
Food & Beverage Service
Wheelchair users and patrons with limited mobility wishing to order food and drinks are invited to reach out to venue staff at any time, who can liaise with Food & Beverage to provide service to your seat. Our team will be wearing orange hi-vis vests and will be located at Gate 1 when you arrive, as well as other places around the venue.
Patrons are also welcome to pack a picnic and bring their own food and drinks to Live At The Bowl events (excluding alcoholic beverages, large knives and items in glass, hard-sided containers or eskies.)
For more information on the Live At The Bowl food and beverage offer please visit our Eat and Drink page.
Navigating the Site
As an outdoor site there are challenges to navigation for wheelchair users and patrons with limited mobility, due to the varied and uneven gradient of paths and terrain.
The path from Linlithgow Ave to Gate 1 is a compact gravel path on an incline that not all guests find easy to navigate.
The Sidney Myer Music Bowl has a golf buggy available that our team can operate should you require assistance getting from Linlithgow Ave to the venue entrance. The golf buggy seats up to 2 people plus the driver and is not able to be pre-booked. Please seek out our team located on Linlithgow Avenue, around the base of the path that leads to Gate 1, when you arrive, should you need to use this service. Our team will be wearing orange hi-vis vests.
Once inside the venue, the pathway leading down to the seated stalls area has a gradient at 1:5. (Wheelchair users may require assistance from a friend or carer to navigate the path. Our team can act as a spotter but are unable to manoeuvre wheelchairs directly.)
No tactile ground surface indicators are installed prior to steps in Stalls seating.
